Terms & Conditions
General
These conditions of sale apply to all sales by Bush Winch & Anchors Pty Ltd ("the Company") to each customer. The customer acknowledges that by accepting delivery of goods from the Company, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted these conditions of sale and agree that they shall apply to the exclusion of all others.
Orders and Prices
All orders will be delivered at the Company's prices prevailing at the place and time of delivery. All sales will be despatched ex Company's premises via Australia Post Track and Trace system and the Company reserves the right to vary any delivery and freight arrangements at any time.
Payment
Payment shall be made by credit card prior to delivery. The Company reserves the right to vary payment terms or withdraw approval at any time.
Claims
The Company shall be released from any claims unless received by the Company in writing within 7 days after the date of delivery. No goods are to be returned to the Company without prior authorisation by the Company. Any agreed returns must be in the same condition as supplied and in the unit quantity and packaging as supplied. Agreed returns at the Company's discretion shall be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Applicable Law
The parties agree that the construction and interpretation of the above terms and conditions and also the arrangements arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia.
Warranty & Disclaimer
Activities involving the use of any vehicle recovery system are inherently dangerous. Before using Bush Winches and Anchors Pty Ltd ("BWA") vehicle recovery products become acquainted with their use and understand the risks you are taking. You are responsible for your own actions and must accept the risks involved.
Bush Winches and Anchors Pty Ltd ("BWA") will not accept any loss or damage to property or person as a result of use of the BWA's vehicle recovery sysetm products.
BWA makes no specific representation as to the suitability of its products for your own uses.
BWA extends a warranty on all its products where it can be demonstrated the product is faulty.
